Phenobarbital or Carbamazepine??

its phenobarbital...carba is teratogenic..can lead 2 spina bifida etc

no DoC. use whatever keeps her sizure free. it's benefit vs risk. i think u try n avoid valproate. just make sure she's on high dose folate and i remember something about being extra-vigilant with fetal anomaly scans.
