no1 else has thought on this 1?stiill i cant understand why this pt neeeds nitropruside with bp of 120/70?

If you don't decrease the afterload, the patient will be suffocated duo to emphysema, he's going to die.
also, this is the first step, NOT put the nitroprusside on the patient forever.
