I was told that 10% of a drug's fixed dose can be over or underdosed. Can anz1 tell me if that is true, and if so, where can I find a confirmation for it?
For a drug 100 mg, a range between 90 and 110 mg is the can be given without expecting toxicity-related undesireable effects or failure of drugs action from inadequate amounts.
