If there is not "thecoma" in ans. choice... yes, it's Granulosa cell tumour.

Bec, there are 2 types of oestrogen producing tumour.
Premenopause..... Granulosa cell tumour
Post menopause........ Thecoma

If thecoma is not in choise,..only C is answer.
