Is it a good idea to close a case in CS by saying that " I will ask an assistant to give you my contact number and if there is anything that bothers u abt ur health u can call me and let me knw'' obviously for cases which needs to b followed closely

i dont think that its the right way to give contact number directly to pt. bc if something serious happened pts has to go to ER after office hours.
or write here what critical cases u r thinking about so that we can think about counseling.

I think the best way to close a case is to tell them you will see them again in so so and so time next week or in 2 weeks for their next apartment. or when the test results are out. But before then, if the should get worse, you want to hear about it.
