Does the CS software for typing notes has a spell checker?

no..it does not have a spell checker. you need to be careful about what you type.

but when i type notes in sample practice pt notes on their websites spells r being checked and pointed out with a red line

Which method is more good ,writing or typing (keeping in mind that my typing speed is good enough to complete the notes in 10 mintes).Is there any disadvantage if we type notes?????????????????

if your writing is avergae or bad, it is definitely advantageous to type your patient notes.
