60 yr old female presents with an enlarged neck. she also notes occational depression and lethargy. physical examination reveals a diffuse firm nodular neck mass with no pain or tenderness. serum TSH levels are elevated 12miU/L. THIS patient condition will most likely respond to therapy with

Goither ,Increase TSH Level ,she has hypothyroidism due to probably Hashimoto -mcc of hypo...Give her Thyroxine that will shrink the gland...Thyroxine (Syntroid or Levothyroxine)
