My recent Lor's haven't been scanned yet, but i have other lors from my previous year. I wanna apply on september 1 but shud i wait for my recent lors to get scanned? or can I assign more Lors(recent) to the programs once i assign three lors from the previous year. Pls lemme know.....

what if I add all four now and then can I add any later?

no..if you added four lors now, you are done. so you need to add three now if you want the 4th one later on. max four LOrs allowed.
