usmle world anaphylaxis doubt - sjk99

hi in 1 question of usmle world it is mentioned as treatment of anaphylaxis is subcutaneous epinephrine irrespective of severity and in another question it is mentioned like mild disease with rash and pruritis with s/c epinephrine whereas severe with respiratory and cvs symptoms with i.v epinephrine.i think both should be treated in same manner with s/c type .please clarify the point in detail anybody
