yup, most likely. Some even start offering for the first time. However some will stop prematches just cause it takes away AMG's

I don't think so, I know at least one university program which has reduced the number of prematches that they offered during the month of October and PC told me that's because they wanna go with more seats to match and get more AMGs in. sucks for us...
