any one had IV recently in this program?

nice laid back but good program...happy residents....
offer prematches,yet not on table.... have stopped/reduced H1's recently... cool IV-2 faculties and the PD...all general Q's-hobbies,tell me 'bout urself...where do u see urself afta 10 years...why youngstown??etc.... Pd asks u to tell an example of a case where someone in your colleague was indulging in an unethical behaviour....or you were embroiled in a conflict....n how'd u hadle the same....!!! thazz it... Hope that helps homie....!!!
