ccs case?
get history and examn and vitals. order urine hcg test... diff diagnosis that id particularly think of in an asian female other than the routine ones[ectopic,appendicitis,ibd,renal colic,torsion,pid] are intestinal tuberculosis too and vasculities and lactase deficiency[lactose intolerance] and tropical sprue,amoebiasis if she also has dysentry. |
