dear they will ask you the most common cause of death in scleroderma pt and not that pulmonary involvement is more common in which?

good to hear from you. well i think the ans is Pulmonary HTN and Lung Fibrosis ? I thought its malignancy initially.........

well i checked................... Malignancy as leading cod is in Dermatomyositis and polymyositis

thaks ya i was away for sometime but back now and will be glad if you will ans my doubts too as you know EVERYTHING.......  well did you mean in which the malignancy is more common? well than the ans is dermatomyo is more prone than polymyo. can you repeat your question please if i am wrong.

Most serious complication of PM/DM is malignancy, not MCC of death.
