usually an ovarian tumour.............abnormal uterine bleeding,menorrhagia or early onset puberty, may be testicular tumour

they are sex cord stromal cell tumor that are estrogen secreting tumors and is assocaited with precocious puberty and in adults associated with endometrial hyperplasia and endomet carcinoma. Call eaxner bodies are the small follicles filled with eosinopihlic material are diagnostic feature. Similar to this that affect the male population is sertoli-leydig cell tumor also called androblastoma are androgen secreting tumors.
