All 3 PROCARIOTIC DNA polymerase have proof reading activity and remove mismatched nucleotides via 3' to 5' exonuclease activity .Only DNA plymerase I has 5' to 3' exonuclease activity which is used to exice and replace RNA primers and damaged DNA sequences.
