Please help manage my psychosis/antisocial personality disorder STAT; I need to work first on my D2 receptor imbalance in my mesolimbics (Positive symptoms of delusions/auditory and visual hallucinations- so I have been diagnosed)- 1st line thorazine; if that fails it may be work on provding me with strong D2 antagonism/ and strong 5HT 1 and 2 antagonism with 2nd line Risperidone; Well maybe we can also work on my ‘negative symptoms’ of being a socially withdrawn and outcast by your society may persist- I’ll need that D4/5HT and 5Ht1A antagonism i.e., clozapine is the DRUG of CHOICE!
Sorry but my sociopathic personality is refractory- but group psychoetherapy and a strong therapeutic alliance will get me to ‘the other side” back to normal with you doctors that have normal neurotransmitter levels…one fine day..
I know that my prognosis is poor, but with your help I may achieve at least a partial remission- thank you for your concern…
