choco no body is just gonna lay it in front of u ... if u want usce ... u have observerships and externships .... if u have finished ur graduation then u can't do an externship or clinical rotation in most of the places .... so ur best bet is a observership ... so watever is ur speciality just search for it in google ... for eg: "pediatric observerships" .... lot of hospitals in NYC offer them like Mount Sinai, NY. Jacobi, NYU, Elmhurst, Harlem, Lincoln, Woodhull ... goto their website and write to sub-speciality u wanna do observerships .... (Note - observerships r usually offered in subspeciality, for eg. in pediatric cardiology) ... so goto the departments wesbite and see if they have an observership, if not email to department head with ur CV and a proper introduction
