i dont know anything about canceling, but i know you can postpone it..i did it after my nbme score turned out to be a disappointment...i payed $50.00 my exam date was aug. 10,11 and i postponed it around 3rd or 4th. i say call up prometric and find out..this is their department i think..good luck and hurry..i wouldn't want you to shell out money for this.
