Dear members,

can you please tell me which documents I should send by postal service to FSMB for application? only the CIN form? or anything else? really confused

ok so after the online part..you need to get that CIN form print it out, take it to your notary, get it notarized with your photo on it. and then go to your postoffice.. send it to Texas via certified mail (post office will take care of that).. good luck..let me know if you have any more questions..
