hi Sami, if a 6 mt pt comes with signs of meningeal irritation comes to office...should we transfer to ER and then manage or admit directly to ICU/Ward....please reply! exam in next few days.......

yes u would transfer to er , do the testing, order tx and them move to icu/ward.
make sure u know what medication to give incase of meningitis in 6 mo old child.

if u have any other issues, just ask again
