I applied sept 2 just at 12:25 am.
around 60% retrieved and 40 % not, one of the programs downloaded my application at 1:30am !!! it sounds that they work 7/24

how does it work? does every program retrieve after a few weeks or do they retrieve ONLY if I meet their criteria?
