sorry i dint check the forum yesterday.....sarim has explained your q, also pjp is often seen on silver stain that looks kind of a very pretty bright florescent blue/green background, and coin like pjp, often black / dark blue...

bifurcating mycelia without yeast wud be aspergillus ,

I think it must be.
It must be systemic candidiasis and the treatment would be amphotericin B.The drug makes hole s in the fungal cell membrane and damages it.

amphootericin b is never given it has to be fluconazole
