This clinical presentation of meningitis.
1) Start with glucose level and in abc order.( B, F, V)

Bacteries eat or use glucose = ++++low glucose.

Fungal does not realy eat glucose = +/- low glucose

Virus doe not event think about glucose = normal glucose.

2) second, is the lymphocytes level.

Fungal ++++++
Tuberculosis++++++
Virus++++++++++++

proteins and glucose levels r non specific,so lets not ponder much on them.
patients has fever for 2 months,poor appetite and weight loss,suggesting TB.
TB meningitis also present with high levels of csf proteins more than any other infection.

so my ans s
A) TB meningitis

increased intracranial pressure is not specific for any etiology,mentioned above.
