For the life of me I can't sit myself to learn the holes in the cranium. I have always seen questions of me but it bores me.
Also the diaphragm, I have seen a couple of questions on the muscular composition.

I'm with you on those. Also Receptors and second messengers. I have them memorized but any question that plays with it a little bit throws me off.
I can't learn from tables I really need the whole context to rationalize the concept.

What i do for nephrotic and nephritic syndromes is learn the differences between them, they are so similar that that they have to put in something that makes it stand out.
