any suggestions about writing an sop for changing specialties. If anyone has done it and is willing to post examples please do so it will be very helpful. ALso pls guys don't start making negative comments about specialty changes as I have realized that residency is no joke and no one wants to re live the experience. I don't but I am in such a tough situation where I have to do this.
