my nbme 400 . exam in 4 weeks. what should i read ? should i postpone ?

try going over weak areas and give another nbme in 15 days...if improves then good otherwise postpone

you can extend the eligibility period, I think you should identify the weak areas from q bank and nbme and then prepare well
