oh my god... dude... seriously... you have to read earlier posts before posting questions... anyways the thing is

to be eligible for SOAP you must

1)be registered in NRMP
2)Be registered in ERAS and must have applied to atleast one ACGME accredited program.
3)be unmatched as of march 12,2012
4) be ready to start GME on july 1st 2012

you have to satisfy all these requirements to be eligible for SOAP, you miss even a single one you are not eligible...

so i hope you get it... if you are ineligible for SOAP it doesnt mean you are matched, because of the other factors involved...
