after applying for residency when does the interview begins?can someone asks to change dates for some reason?

typically starts n October.... busiest November to December and wraps up in January.

Yes you can ask to changes dates.... but dates are so hard to get that your request may not be granted

Normally they give you 3-5 dates to choose from
I interviewed at one "arrogant" program that gave me only one date
