I finished my medical school in december 2002, got my diploma in 2003, finished the obligatory internship in 2004. What should I write in my year of graduation and on what basis ?

Always write down the date when the diploma or degree was awarded. Yes, whatever is written in the diploma should be the date that you should write in your application.

I think it should be 2003, but the problem is that in form 186, it is mentioned that year of graduation is december 2002 ....... Can I still write 2003 ? will anyone compare that answer to form 186 ??
