Since Uterus is absent in Mullerian Agenesis, they can not carry their own child BUT, "Can have Genetic Children' thru in vitro fertilization with embryo transfer to a "Gestational Carrier" (embryo implanted into another Female). -Turner female can get pregnant (as they got Uterus) with the technology using "Donated Oocyte"
