I tend to agree with library. However, although those survived appeared to fall into A, will they have non life threatening hemolysis. So my answer is A, but can be C because mild C is still A to me.

If the patient breathe spontaniously, acordding to the ACLS 2002, this is a normal perfusion sign so the brain function will be normal (unless time inder water its prolonged). There no reason for ARDS if the no breathing time and water smallow is short. i think its complete recovery A
