I personally do not think it makes any sense mailing the Programmes to tell them where you are ranking them - if they were to start depending on mails from applicants, everyone would be mailing all Programmes they on their ROL saying all are #1?????????

We all are on one side of the whole process.
whatever, whoever says here is simple assumptions.
This helps, scores matter, usce makes a difference,
they did not reply so it means no. They replied it mean this
Its all based on baseless assumptions out of which some might even prove to be true
using common sense.
Coming back my personal opinion is depends on leverage who has more.
If its uni based, they have excellent candidates to choose from they won't bother your emails.
Community based: they are looked for competent residents to come. So, maybe if you tell them They will be happy and even send a reply.
Again: its a mere assumption.
