Guys -
I am an IMG with work permit (EAD),I am new to this process , I am currently taking my Step 1 and want to get into recidency in 2007 in Internal Med preferably in the South any idea what scores are needed ,Observership /USCSE requirements , schoools that i need to target ?

Score over 75 in both step 1 and step 2. The higher the better.
If you are still working on step 1 right now, I don't think you will have time for observership/USCE. ERAS opens from September, so people with nice scores will flood in to apply for the match. If you get your step 1 and 2 done by then, you may have a better chance. Otherwise, match 2007 is a little bit rush to you.

From you school side, you need them to verify your diploma, transcripts, Dean's letter. Good luck.
