What is the prospect of getting residency after having an attempted exam in Step exam? Is it really hard or impossible to get residency?

It really depends on programs. Some say an extra attempt for Step 1 is ok and some say prefer 1st attempt on CK. BUT its not impossible to get residency. So good luck!
