It was my main book for my third attempt. Score improved from 184 to 224.
I finished MTB and Kaplan Audio about 3 weeks before my exam. The last three weeks I read NSM quite religiously while going through the Kaplan QBank. I feel like it's an abridged version of MTB with a few of the author's personal notes here and there. Both are good books. NSM is probably better if your foundation is already solid and you just need rapid review.

don't buy into drruby's post
already tested and vetted her "offer" out .. its 1 sample of past material (not current) and the remainder is $25/each.
