when should call the program to find out? - rkus

I am waiting to hear from a program which I am very interested . But no response till now. Is it a good thing to call them and find out or should I be waiting , for how long...

please need some good advise.

I have been calling since this morning and so far I am realizing that I have been silently rejected because they did not send out any emails notifying me of anything.......so you can imagine the frustration
