What are you guys writing under the column that states "Provide a description of your professional medical experience". Are they asking us for a list of our clinical clerkships during medical school?Any input shall be appreciated.

My hospital sent me a single page medical education
verification form for temporary license which had nothing of the sort you mentioned,However, If you have any work experience post MBBS, mention that or you could put your internship experience there. Hope it helps

Thanx indinvar. I had called the lady up from the GME and asked her if they meant the clinical clerkships and she said 'uh-huh' which I think meant a yes. But I am not at all too sure on this one and thats why I need to double check.
Ok, guess I need to be more specific. To all those have received the license application form from the Henry Ford hospital what have you guys done as stated in the above mentioned thread? Thanx.
