what is the focused history ?
would you say, sexaul history, social habits and ob/gy history can be neglected if those are not important ?
So, in case with a pertinent information gathering, can examinee ask a few open questions to shorten time? to finish in 10 min?
Does SP check a list of questions of information gathering? I mean, how many focused questions did examinee use? in addition to CIS, SEP and checklist of physcial examinations?
I have been very confused
