How are you guys remembering the most likely post MI complications? Namely...
Arrhythmia 0-4 hrs
Cardiogenic shock (hypotension)
Fibrinous pericarditis 1-3 days
Free wall rupture -->tamponade (Beck's triad). LV pseudoaneursym (3-14 days)
Dressler syndrome, True ventricular aneursym (2 weeks- months)
Dressler can also be associated with fibrinous pericarditis.
