If you go to ACGME WEBSITE YOU SEE THIS [1403521285] Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Wakefield Campus) Program
Montefiore Medical Center-Wakefield Campus
600 E 233rd St Bronx NY, 10466
Continued Accreditation with Warning

i would take that WARNING a red flag , possibly ACGME requirements werent being met and possibly residents are overworked. Just wanted to get this information out there for you to make a good decision

Even with the accreditation with warning at Montefiore, I'll still rank it higher than wright center.
That program is too solid to loose its accreditation, has great fellowship potentials unlike wright center & located better than Wright.

I noticed Wright center is in the probationay accreditation list in ACGME, but I know it has inhouse cardiology fellowship and decent fellowship match rate for a primary care program. In this case i would advise you to go with the location you would prefer to stay, a small town vs NYC.
