Hello!
I'm waiting for ECFMG certification after submitting my final Diploma. I wanted to know if it was possible to go ahead and submit the USMLE Step 3 application without the ECFMG certification date seeing as I am pressed for time. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

nope you cannot. One of the questions is to provide the date you received your ECFMG certificate and you have to notarize that all information is true to your knowledge. So you cannot even put any future date.
