may be we must inform the child protective service and central for disease control document the thing and and let the parent go . and they will take care of the issue / we have done our part / it is not a child abuse we canot admit/ its not an emergncy we can not do any thing if we do not give immunization we canot held be held responsible but if we do not inform that we will be / it is the child 'future and national issue let them deal /
go to the court is a reasonable answer also
