A 2 grader known as a class clown for his difficulty following directions and being disruptive in the classroom has experienced distractibility, impulsivity and excessive motor activity for a year, no lab nor PE abnormalities. autiastic disorder pt have no eye cotact they are self centerd and are not class clown because they do not care other laugh or not they do whatever they like like they may be moving round and round around a tree aor listening to the sound of vacum cleaner for hours and hourrs although they will have definitely profound reading difficulty they wiil do exceptionally well in one area --say can do math
adjust dis order is possible due to separtion anxiety on going to scool but he should be happy to be at home . this guy is having problem in both school and home.
reactive attachment disorder is if a parent leave a child and comes back to them again then he have this reactive attachment dis order.
scizoaffective dosorder is a primarily depression with some scizophrenic features-- it is differenciated rom mania in that both feature wiil be there all the time-- in bipolar -wheen maniac feature will come depressin features are suppresed or temporarily gone away.
learning disability is the feature here in adhd--which are class clown and student take his bad quality as if he is making other people laugh--actually he is inaatentive interrupts others canot sit in one place inattentive ask sudden wrong questions, and make other laugh --but without planning--but not all class clowns are adhd/ it should be in home setting also/
definitely they will have some learning dis ability--and so in case of learning disability you must have his psychiatric evaluation--other day one mother was in television show in favour of ritalin--that methylphenidyte in adhd in usa market--saying that her son had so much learning disability and he was given ritalin and improved drastically --meaning the drug is very important for her son/ actually this drug has been reported as sudden cause of cardia death --so debate is gioing on whether to level this drug as a dangerous drug and prescribe it in controlled way.
