in acute case.....as book says...pt triptan and ergots are harmful in CHD and Stroke,....so in such case what to do ?

100 % 02 IS FOR CLUSTER HEADACHE NOT FOR MIGRAINE--


MAY BE WE CAN GIVE-- CRABAMEZIPINE? --NOT SURE /MORPHINE --OPIOD/BUTORPHANOL SPRAY-- CORRECT ME IF IAM WRONG HERE

BETABLOCKER --BUT THAT IS FOR PROPHYLAXIS

O2 is not just for cluster headache.......it can be given to abort acute migraine and cluster headaches

i dont know the answer...........its my query....so lets collect the different opinion.........carnamizapine is for trigeminal neuralgia as far as i remember....still it falls under anticonvulsant ....we can try that for migraine........any other suggestion ?
