For GAD: I think Behavioral Rx done before SSRI or BZDs are initiated.
For Noctornal Enuresis: Imipramine
Delusion disorder: I guess Resperidone

benzo should not be given -because it has got an addiction probability except for short term that also only some time.


delusion disorder rx depends upon severity--and antipsychotic should be given--what is to be given differs with situation and personal choice -though atypical antipsychotic drugs like respiridones are getting populararity.
