Hi! can anyone please tell me if you can do a fellowship without doing a residency? i've done my postgraduation in anaesthesiology from india.

yes.

but you cant practice in usa unless you are board certified(means have done residency)

thanks. can you pls tell me how to go about it, is there any particular site? and do I need to take usmle for that? i'm planning to take step 1 in june.
