-PAIN ON RAISING ARM VERTIGO --IN THE CARPENTOR--IS SUBCLAVIAN STEAL SYNDROME OR VERTEBROBASILAR INSUFFICIENCY

--POSITIONAL INTERMITTENT VERTIGO WITH POSITIN -DILL PIKE MANEVURE IS --BENIGN POSITIONAL VERTIGO --THERE WILL BE NO HEARING PROBLEM

--CONTINUOUS VERTIGO AND TINNITUS - WITHOUT HEARING LOSS AND TINNITUS- WITH HISTORY OF URI--VESTBULAR NEURITIS

--DIZZINESS WHILE GETING UP IS ORTHOSTATIC HYPOTENSION DUE TO DEHYDRATION

--EPISODIC VERTIGO USUALLY 4 TO 8 HOURS WITH LOW FREQUENCY HEARING LOSS DUE TO DISTENSION OF ENDOLYMPHATIC SAC IS MENIERS DISEASE
