When the oasis shows your DS has been 'completed', can we find out if the form has actually been dispatched??
The correspondence 'sent' section is not for the completed DS form right??

You should have got a welcome email from EVSP. Also giving you information about how to get a J1 visa.

My status shows application received by courier on April 13th..more than a week today and it still says no application on file...is this normal? whats the chronology and time taken in issuing DS2019?

Sp 05: When exactly do you get that email? My Sevis was apparently processed on the 18th of April.
