Are painful ejaculation and groin pain due to sexual activity? Gonorrhea and Chlamydia infection have been ruled out.

Active sexual activity can aggravate painful ejaculation and groin pain, which are symptoms of chronic prostatitis. Patients generally choose to use anti-inflammatory drugs such as levofloxacin or amoxicillin.
