If u have 80% penetrance--that's mean that 20% chances to transmit the good gene =0.2
If both parents have the same AD disease with the same penetrance, the chance for a kid to be healty is 0,2x0,2=0.04====>>>4% i m right??? I m not sure since i didnt repeat the genetics stuff recently..

Normal with both parent AD, you've got 25% offspring normal phnotype, but with 80% penetrance, you will get additional (1-25%)X(1-)80%=15%, so in total it will be 40%

well Quansar you are right: about the 40%
there is 75% chance of having sick kids x80% pentrance=60% sick kids 100%-60%=40% normal |
